ALL ABOUT THE CLUB
The Best 4x4 By Far
Jersey Landrover Owners Club, founded in 2003, are a group of friendly like minded Channel Islanders who own and drive a wide variety of the Green Oval (and in some cases Silver & Black) Badged 4x4 vehicles, ranging from the original Series 1 - through to modern day Defenders, Discoveries, Freelanders and Range Rovers and including a Forward Control 101.
We meet on the First Monday of each month at 8PM, the current location is upstairs above the main bar of The Priory Inn (Devil's Hole) in St Mary – all welcome including newcomers, even if you don't own a Land Rover but they interest you!
The club members meet to discuss past and present events and rally ideas from the members for other social events including French Green laning and Guernsey off-Roading trips, UK trips including 4x4 shows, Island Celebration Convoys (Christmas & Easter plus other dates)
Members and their vehicles can be seen at various static and active Island shows throughout the year and we can usually be seen putting on off-road demonstration (basically driving the vehicles for the purpose they were built for) at both of the Pallot’s Steam Fairs.
JLOC Members also have supported the Sorel Point charity 4x4 days and actively support both the Jersey Mencap and Island Charity walks, moving the charity walker’s bags from point to point.
JLOC Club Members have a wealth of experience pertaining to the Landrover family of vehicles, from driving off-Road advice, on re-build, replacement parts and how best to maintain your vehicles to the best of your ability.
